為保障員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)權(quan)益並(bing)(bing)解決勞工(gong)(gong)(gong)問題(ti),華(hua)夏公司(si)訂有申訴處理(li)辦法,員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)如在工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)受到(dao)(dao)不公平或不合理(li)的對待或權(quan)益受損,除了可(ke)向主管(guan)反應(ying),或向勞資會(hui)議(yi)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)代表反應(ying)外,亦可(ke)直接(jie)向公司(si)提出口頭或書面及(ji)網頁員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)申訴信箱,以尋求其他解釋和幫助(zhu)。公司(si)收到(dao)(dao)申訴案件後可(ke)視(shi)情節輕重,指定相(xiang)關人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)調查,並(bing)(bing)通(tong)知當事(shi)人(ren)(ren)及(ji)相(xiang)關人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)到(dao)(dao)場說明,申訴案件必(bi)須於3個月內完成,以提供公平合理(li)之工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)環境,並(bing)(bing)促進勞資和諧。
