为保(bao)障员工(gong)(gong)权(quan)(quan)益(yi)并(bing)解(jie)决(jue)劳(lao)工(gong)(gong)问题,华夏公(gong)司订有(you)申(shen)诉处理(li)办(ban)法,员工(gong)(gong)如(ru)在工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中受到(dao)不(bu)公(gong)平或(huo)不(bu)合理(li)的对待或(huo)权(quan)(quan)益(yi)受损(sun),除了可向(xiang)主管(guan)反应(ying),或(huo)向(xiang)劳(lao)资会(hui)议、工(gong)(gong)会(hui)代表(biao)反应(ying)外,亦(yi)可直(zhi)接向(xiang)公(gong)司提(ti)出口(kou)头或(huo)书面及网页员工(gong)(gong)申(shen)诉信箱,以寻求其他解(jie)释和帮助。公(gong)司收到(dao)申(shen)诉案件(jian)后可视情节轻重,指定相关(guan)人(ren)员调查,并(bing)通知当事人(ren)及相关(guan)人(ren)员到(dao)场说明,申(shen)诉案件(jian)必须(xu)于3个月内完(wan)成(cheng),以提(ti)供(gong)公(gong)平合理(li)之工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)环(huan)境,并(bing)促进劳(lao)资和谐(xie)。
